Apostle Aida Fuentes serves as the spiritual covering for TVMI, bringing apostolic wisdom, prophetic insight, and Kingdom authority to the ministry. Her oversight ensures that the vision remains aligned with God's purposes and that the ministry operates under proper spiritual authority.
With a heart for raising up leaders and establishing Kingdom order, Apostle Aida provides guidance, accountability, and spiritual protection for Pastor Carlos and the entire TVMI family. Her apostolic ministry brings stability, direction, and divine covering to all that we do.

With years of experience in ministry leadership, Pastor Carlos has dedicated his life to equipping the saints through discipleship, deliverance, and leadership development. Reverend Tabitha Wanja is a pastor, teacher, and music minister with more than 20 years of ministry experience. She has faithfully served the Body of Christ through teaching, discipleship, deliverance ministry, church planting, and helping believers grow and mature in their faith.
For the past seven years, she has served in pastoral leadership — including planting a church — and is prayerfully preparing to plant another church. Reverend Tabitha serves through Jesus Exalted Ministries, reaching Africa and the world with the message of Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Pastor Duncan Okemwa Nyaoga

Pastor Duncan Okemwa Nyaoga was born on December 31, 1991, in Kisii County, Kenya, East Africa. From an early age, he was introduced to the church by his parents at the Church of Christ in Kisii, Kenya. By the age of 10, he was already singing in the choir, and those around him began to recognize a calling from God upon his life.
At the age of 16, Pastor Duncan was baptized and began to develop a deep passion for prayer, evangelism, and serving in the house of God. After facing the loss of his father and many family hardships, Pastor Duncan continued to preach, serve, and pursue God's call upon his life. He completed his secondary education in 2009 and later studied theology at Ruiru Baptist College, graduating in 2015 as a young pastor.
Pastor Duncan is married to his wife, Billiah Kwamboka Thomas. Together, they minister and teach the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. They are blessed with two children, Darlene Sang'anyi Okemwa and Sharlene Moraa Okemwa, and they also care for 12 orphaned children.
Pastor Duncan currently serves in Kenya under the umbrella of New Beginning Apostolic Church while also working as security personnel in Nairobi. Though based in Nairobi for work, he remains actively involved in ministry and regularly travels to Kisii to serve the church and the people there. After prayer, discernment, and a season of vetting, Pastor Duncan Okemwa Nyaoga has been received as a TVMI International Ministry Partner, Kenya. His life reflects perseverance, faithfulness, evangelism, and a servant's heart for the people of God.
